Abetment to suicide: Kerala clears the legal path to prosecute CEC Gyanesh Kumar in 2006 engineer death case
The Keralam government has received a legal opinion that there is no legal bar to prosecuting CEC Gyanesh Kumar for abetment to suicide in the 2006 death of Malaysian engineer Lee See Been. The Home Minister has ordered a fresh Vigilance probe into the case.
