Fourteen years without answers: Kerala High Court orders CBI probe into a soldier's disappearance
Rifleman Subash Chandra Bose of the Tripura State Rifles vanished on 4 April 2012 while travelling by train from Ernakulam to Guwahati. Fourteen years on, Justice G. Girish's Kerala High Court bench has ordered the CBI to take over, overruling the agency's objections.
