Madras High Court lets DMK sue two TVK ministers over 'compromised police force' jibe
Justice Govindarajan Thilakavadi of the Madras High Court on October 5 allowed the DMK's plea to sue TVK ministers Aadhav Arjuna and CTR Nirmal Kumar, plus the TVK IT wing, Google, Meta and X, over allegedly defamatory statements linking the party to the POCSO case against granite baron Veeramani.
