Madras HC lets DMK sue two ministers in ₹1-crore defamation case over Veeramani remarks
Justice K. Govindarajan Thilakavadi on Monday allowed the DMK's application seeking leave to sue Ministers Aadhav Arjuna and CTR Nirmal Kumar for alleged defamatory remarks in the POCSO case against granite baron R. Veeramani. The suit also names the TVK IT wing and Google, Meta and X.
