Polling day in Madurantakam and Dharapuram: Vijay's TVK faces its first electoral test
Voters in Madurantakam (Chengalpattu) and Dharapuram (Tiruppur) cast ballots today, 7 AM to 6 PM, in the first bypolls since TVK took power four months ago. Heavy security is in place, a public holiday declared, and Chief Minister Vijay has staked his prestige on both seats.
