The 'corruption-free' mirage: six months of TVK rule, and the slogans are cracking
The TVK arrived promising to cleanse Tamil Nadu politics — a 'corruption-free', 'pure' force. Six months on, broken waiver promises, a manufactured bypoll, black flags on the Loop Road and a 'corporate mafia' charge from the opposition suggest the slogans are not governing the state.
